All you need to do is send us your .STL file and we can print your design. Our printing charge includes 15 minutes of computer time in case we need to add the necessary supports to grow your model. If more computer time is needed, we will call you to discuss the computer time charge.

Please check your CAD/CAM design for the following:

• Close or make solid all open surfaces. If a surface is left open, it will not print properly.
• Boolean all solids together. Two closed surfaces might look as if they are joined or touching, but they might actually not be in contact with each other. This is called a coplanar area and will not grow properly. Booleans must be used to fuse the two surfaces into one.
• Remove all gemstones from the model. If they are left in the print file, they will be grown into the model... just like any other part.

Please specify if you would like your model to be printed in resin or paraffin. Please note that different printing charges apply depending on which material you choose.

Oversized models are charged at a higher rate depending on the percentage of the platform used. Our build envelope is 54 x 45 mm with a height limit of 9 inches. We can give you these dimensions and prices before your model is printed.

Send us your file in .STL file format. The .STL file, which is a stereolithography file, is the standard file format for prototyping. The file may be delivered by email or mailed to us on a media disc.
